Angry Birds iPad Game      Angry Birds is a video game meant for play on touch screen Apple devices including the iPad, iPhone or the iPhone Touch. The game was initially released in 2009, but a new version was released for the iPad in April 2010, called Angry Birds HD. In late 2010, a version for the Google Android is expected to be released, and later a version for the computer.      In Angry Birds, players take revenge upon little green pigs who steal eggs from the birds, making them Angry Birds. The pigs then take the eggs back to the castle, where the player must figure out how to get the eggs back from the pigs within the fortified castle.      IGN readers rated Angry Birds highly, with an overall score of 9.3 out of 10. Critics at IGN rated it a bit lower, with a score of 8.0 out of 10.1 Other sites give above average scores for the game. Game play      Take control of a flock of angry birds that need to eliminate all the pigs to get their eggs by using a slingshot to either hit the pig, or hit the structure the pig is hiding in, causing material to fall and kill the pig. If all the pigs are dead and you still have at least one bird left, the level is considered complete and players move on to the next level. Players have unlimited tries to complete each level. Each level can be accessed again to replay and there are 63 levels in all. Each different color of bird has different abilities. For instance, the red bird is just that, a red bird. But, yellow birds speed up as they crash into the set target. Blue birds create three smaller birds, black birds explode when you press a button, white birds drop bombs. Finally, green birds fly back to you like a boomerang. The birds must be launched in the order provided, making it useful to look at all the pigs and how to defeat them.
